- 1 / 5By Mike WhalenI have been to Kelvin's 3 times over the last several months to give them a chance and make sure my first experience was not a fluke. While their wings are pretty good they are not worth the 45 minute to 1 hour wait and the worst customer service in the Millington area. The staff at the counter are neither friendly nor helpful and are completely unapologetic about the long wait time for food. Calling ahead to place an order for pick up will result in being placed on hold for 10 plus minutes. My son even had them tell him "You are hard to understand so I am hanging up on you."June 29, 2016
